Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BookiLover. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and inspected within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Tracked Shipping (US & Europe): 7–12 business days (Free on eligible orders).

• Rest of the World: 10–18 business days.

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or local courier holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as the package is dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• BookiLover is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Items

• If your ceramic set arrives damaged, cracked, or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@drakuma.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately free of charge.
